I am still having issues. In fact some things have gotten worse. I now have a lumpy idle when warm, in addition to the cold vibration. But the vibration is certainly better when warm. It is still there though most of the time.
Oddly, I pulled each plug wire one at a time to see if one cyl was off and there was really no difference.
I changed the plug wires and that seemed to make a small change. I pulled the plugs, which look very good I think, and rechecked comp. 170-165-160-170, so that's good.
I'd like to take you up on your offer of fuel pressure test.

Changed my spark plug wires yesterday back to the Bosch solid core wires I had and the idle is now perfect, the running is perfect and its all good. I had an ever-so-slight miss at the idle with the other wires I had and it immediately went away when I took out the resistor wires and put the solid core wires back. The running is smooth as it is supposed to be too. Done!
