Ah, cool. What division, XCARS, or Stock 4? I ran a Monte Carlo in Renegade this past season at Tri County, Hickory, and once at Anderson, in S.C. I am building a new Metric Monte Carlo this winter for the Renegade division for next season, as well as a Street Stock Monte Carlo, to bring out hopefully about halfway into the season. I am going to drive the Renegade till about July, and then turn it over to my stepson when he turns 17. Man, I have had a blast in my N/A 740 this year! I built it to run a crash and bash class called Road Rage, ran three times at Tri County on asphalt, (4/10ths) finished 2nd, 5th, and 3rd, and twice at Antioch, (1/2 mile dirt oval) finished 10th and 4th. Ran it in a 100 lap enduro at Antioch last month and finished 7th, and cooked it, a heater hose let go, and blew the head gasket. Glad to hear you are getting a ride together, is the car already built, or is it a builder? I hope you dont skimp too much on the safety gear. Take care.
