Not sure if it's the same on the 740s, but on my front bumper there were two square pieces that could be removed, just under where your plate is in the pic above. I took those out, drilled a whole big enough, and put the bolt from the foglights through with a big washer and nut on the end. I can take pics if you need them.

As for the teaching kids young thing, my gf's dad taught her how to drive when she was 14(in CT you dont get your permit until you are 16). Our town is small-ish, but still has fairly high traffic volume.

VL's are muzza/wogmobiles overhere, at least with the turbo motor, with a healthy 355 holden stroker they are pretty awesome IMO. but it'd be easier if you got one to just whack at 350 in there, they bolt in.

Its' the HDT VL Director, its the car that ended the co-operation between Peter Brock (who owned HDT) and Holden.
