Not really a bad breath or vomit smell it's odd, I've never smelled anything close to it, it varies on when it happens too, nights days winter summer, before or after brushing of teeth, or eating.

Why Do I produce an odor when I sneeze, its noticeable to people sitting next to me, and I can smell it too, last for a few seconds.
