Hey Wagon_nut,

I am in NW Raleigh and planning a swap for a 90 240 that I just picked up. Would love to pick your brain if you have time.

I used a 3m adhesive remover wheel. It worked awesome just gotta be careful not to get the paint too hot as you can burn through it. I ended up wet sanding the tops of the doors to get the crack marks out of it and polished the rest of the scratches out with a polisher. Really the only good way to do it and have it look close to stock.

I did it all in a couple nights after work. Lots of pics in my build thread to see step by step kind of.
