M cams are good. it's just a T with more exhaust duration. the T stands for TORQUE but the M stands for MEGATORQUE.

i had the same experience as jack. i had poly motor mounts. only accessory i had was an alternator it was aligned well and bolts were tight. after maybe 5k they were still usable but had notable wear both on the outer surface and in the bolt hole.
