I am new in the Megasquirt world. I have an 81 242 turbo with k-jet, and just aquired a b23ft motor with a Garrett t03/t04 with an s-trim compressor wheel that I want to drop in it and I'm considering Megasquirt. Which system should I use MS-l or ll? I'm looking to achieve 250-300 hp.

I have a 1981 242 turbo with a b21ft motor It dosen"t want to rev any higher than 2500 rpm. It starts spitting and sputtering,I also noticed the frequency valve is not buzzing,and it idles ebbs and flows,the turbocharger is fine and there is no leaks in air...
