Is the ECU in the 88 740 Turbo exclusive to that year or are any others interchangeable?
AFAIK, the 88 was the only year to have the different distributor.
95 960:
All locks lock/unlock with a single twist of the key.
Can't get remote to work/program, tried 2 different remotes and 2 different receiver boxes.
Found a lock switch at the junkyard, plugged it in, but it doesn't work either.
Ideas?
Found a couple of vacuum lines that aren't hooked up.
Top hose from this device has another 90* boot on the other end but doesn't connect to anything:
It looks different than my 96 960.
Then there is a larger hose with a screw/bolt in it:

Picked up some B pillar covers at the junkyard and they have some holes, about the size of a silver dollar, sorry youngins, 1.25" or so.
I'd imagine they are for some type of map light?
Anyone know for sure?
1995 960, none of the lights on the switches or climate control unit.
Typically I'd think it's just the little bulbs for the switches that are out, but the climate control unit being out seems suspect.
Car is in the shop for alignment right now so I'll put a meter on it later, but looking...

2001 C70 convertible - Passenger window will not roll down with the switches (either side) and I do not get voltage to the motor.
Hotwired the motor and the window works fine.
Checked the fuse and it's good.
Driver's side works.
Seems odd that both switches could go out at the same time...
'96 960 wagon
Blinkers work normally when the headlights are off.
Headlights on and the right turn-signal indicator in the dash and the right blinker lights (front and rear) are lit. The right blinkers will not blink when the stalk is turned. Left side works normally.
I assume it's a relay...
Anyone in ATL have a known-good MAF for a late 960 or S/V90 that I could borrow (possibly buy)?
Getting a P0103 code that comes back immediately after clearing. MAF looks good and clean (cleaned it anyway), and wiring looks great.

My wife was driving the 960 and it's been flawless. Pulled in to the parking lot, shopped for ~20 minutes and the car wouldn't start again.
Cranks good, can smell gas at the tailpipe so I figure it's spark. Probably the cam sensor or powerstage, right?

I thought the car was white until I parked it next to my Escalade... The Volvo is definitely more of a Wimbeldon/Ermine/eggshell white.

I've got a TLAO 3" DP and over-axle bit. I'm thinking of dumping the exhaust down to the ground after the axle.

Odometer works perfectly.
Speedometer is limp like overcooked linguine.
Assuming that the feed for both mechanisms is the same (pickup in the rear diff), safe to figure that the speedo unit itself is bad?

Trying to get the 88 running again.
I can jump power to the intank pump and the pump will run.
Fuel pump relay is clicking when I turn the key, but power isn't making it to the intank (verified with DMM).
Swapped the FPR with a known-good one, no change.
I also don't hear the main pump...
