From a reliable source who built and raced B20E's with a 7500RPM redline stated stock points scatter starts @ 7700 RPM. Find a distributor rebuilder with a bench tester/dyno to test your setup. Non-stock is not an automatic upgrade.

Should push out, then need some massaging where it creased. Suggest checking with HiPo brothers for a local panel beater. 140's have thick enough metal to work with.

They're out there and can be found in better shape body wise. Recently picked up a clean (only surface rust, pristine interior) '71 142E with a missing front rad support/valance. Considering an Axelsson 16V-B20 at some point.
Did any of the early 240's come with the non-A/C heater core and fan setup? I haven't dug around enough to see if this is the case. Anyone have some info on this?

Not having my normal resources available over here in South Korea, what are the alternator options for the B21's? FCP shows a 55A, 70A, and 80A for the 240. Will the 80A fit in the B21 location using the stock bracket? What about the later Bosch and Denso alternators for the 740/940? I need...
Does anyone have access to old Bosch Parts catalogs that would list the flow rates and other specs for the K-Jetronic fuel distributors? I am specifically looking for the flow rates and P/N's for the B21E/F, B23E, and B230E.

According to the 240, 260 Pocket data booklet Volvo had 2 different non-ABS master cylinder sizes. They are as follows:
22.30/15.75 for -1990 non-ABS models
23.81/16.84 for 1991-1993 non-ABS models
Does anyone know if both parts are still available? I can't get my VADIS to work anymore.

1 page article in Race Engine Technology on the PRV6. Goes over the engines development to include the final 3.0L 2.8 bara making in excess of 910 bhp. Interesting that the PRV6 block was a stressed member.
I'm surprised folks don't do more with this engine.

I've been out of the parts loop for awhile. Who has the best prices on Volvo Dealer parts? Anyone have some inside connections?
I aware of FCP Groton, eEuroparts, SSF, IMC, etc. These are Volvo Dealer only parts.
