Long time no see, folks. I figured I'd stop in and give an update on the car. I finished the manual brake conversion and it works ok. I used (2) 1/4" plates of 6061 aluminum welded together to make the adapter plate so I could move the master cylinder upwards in order to achieve a 6:1 pedal...

I left the resistor in and added a jumper. I am running the earlier PCM and just spliced in a wire from the volvo tach to the tach output ( pin 10 on Red Connector, white wire.)

Ya I wasn't expecting top tier fit. Safe is what I'm looking for. I noticed they don't have a sunroof version for the 740, so maybe the gap between the roof will be taken up by the sunroof 😂. What kind of gaps or poor fitment are we talking?

I dub this thread resurrected! Has anyone tried the 4 point roll bar yet? Seeing some of the recent prefab stuff has me interested and these guys offer a mod/upgrade that can route the rear tubes through the package tray. The 740 won't be getting any slower, and I'm not going to run harnesses...
