You will gain a lot by sealing the inside of the door cavity to help it function as a baffle. I’m limited by my door cards to use an extremely low profile 4” driver. Doing a thorough job with sealing made a night and day difference in terms of sound quality.

The Swedish cams are usually specced in terms of mm lift of the #1 intake valve at piston TDC (360 degrees crank rotation from cam TDC). If you do not have that documentation shipped with the cam, I'd send Petra an email asking for it, and set up the timing by directly measuring the lifter with...
Wouldn't worry about that at all. The stock lines are rigid steel. A design like this is less prone to cracking.
The one gotcha I would watch out for is that those lines tend to be either slightly too long or slightly too short.
