Sounds like a little tear in a hose between the air plate and throttle body to me. Or a vac line fell off the intake. How do the brakes feel? Booster hose?

It does have a mark for the aux sprocket. It’s a horizontal notch stamped into the rear timing cover. I usually lay a small screwdriver in the gear valley over the timing mark and lightly drag it on the timing cover til it sits in that notch.
