Ok, i find out by myself! Front spring and clip are removed just by push them, copper part can be removed with 18mm wrench and 19mm(?) Then you just need to remove all seals, oring and put new ones :)

I got it! Finally I can turn front wheels (and ignition on)! After 39 years car start crancking like nothing happened! :D Now i need to adjust igition lock better but that should be easy! I hope this thread, answers and videos will be usefull for somebody! Volvo 264GL (1977) - ignition - VL5 key

Now i know what u mean with slide it... But today I remove whole dashboard, disconect u-joint etc... So screws are locked with red threadlock from factory... That's why imo removing it with pillers or chisel... Even outside car it was hard to start it unscrewing. Now i need get this to locksmith! :)

Screws are removed - i almost can't move over lower dashbord bracket still... Maybe i'm missing screw or something? When i move steering wheel whole ignition and lower bracket move few cm but not enough to remove it from car...

UPDATE: - I try pincers, can't even turn screw a 1mm - I try to use chisel, metal is to hard so i can't make enough cut to put screwdriver - I try to drill it, broke 2 drills... There was small hole - Make a cut with chisel but still can't turn it with flat screwdriver.... Any ideas to remove...

One step closer - i have doors, trunk and glovebox key. One step further - locksmith can't make ignition swotch for cars that old when he got ignition inside car... I need to remove it still... And i can comfirm that 1 VL4 key is for doors, trunk and glovebox, 1 VL5 key for ignition - even...
