1030 or 1031 in my 1989 volvo 244dl

let me get a pic but the fab number is all scratched out the Nr number is 121673 the tag is all beat up so its hard to read but thats all the numbers i uncovered
 
did some more cautious cleaning and found the 7 numbers 3.73 NR1216334
the sticker was so bad i had to use a makeup remover from my girlfriend :lol:
