For anyone looking at VP auto for interior parts, here's what I recieved today from them. Looks pretty damn good.

They didn't have everything in stock but this stuff came in a week, and a few more pieces in a couple weeks.

Honestly for spot on reproduction pieces in factory colors the prices are pretty decent. Door panels are $117 each!

Related question.....

You have original seats I presume. My 122 has 240 seats that are not so great and they just look wrong in the car as they are so square. I have been debating if I should find some seats out of a ???? modern car that look and feel good or find a pair of originals and redo them.

On a scale from 1-10 how would you rate the originals. My car is not stock so that is not a sticking point for me, but comfort is. I've broken 63 bones in my youth, now long gone, and it makes one appreciate a good seat.

Thanks, Larry

Comfort wise id say 240 seats are much better in that department than amazon seats. I would look for something more modern, maybe with some side bolster support

Maybe a seat out of a modern 2000 up Volvo from JY? Volvo has always had the most comfortable car seats IMHO

Thanks

I actually liked the seats in my 240's, great for a large guy like me but the ones in this car have the built in gangster lean going on. And they look out of place.

That settles that, thanks

Larry

Awesome. If I didn't want leather I'd definitely do this on mine. Make sure you follow up with installed pics when you're done!
