1993 volvo 940 T exhaust

Hello,
I recently installed a cat-back exhaust, only to bust loose the 27 year old cat/header pipe joint! The flanges are so rusted up that there is no hope of just putting in a new donut gasket. Straight pipe? If so, any dimensions, source would be appreciated! I have searched and cannot find the header pipe on ebay or FCPeuro. Also, the catalytic converters are pretty scarce, and expensive! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I’ve used the Volvo split flange and it works great although I just checked and FCP no longer stocks it. I have seen similar ones at places like Autozone and could probably also be had on Amazon

As far as cats go I have this one of this installed on my 1987 240.

It's not CARB approved but it is cheap and the state I'm in doesn't required cars to have a cat based on the age of the car. Perhaps the state you are in is .
 
Thanks for the responses! Does anyone know the OD of the header pipe for the 1993 940T? I am looking at flange repair kits and need to know what OD to buy. The mentioned 8551977 doesn't say what OD pipe it fits in the BB faq, and may not still be available. Thanks.

Like I mentioned earlier it’s not available any longer so look elsewhere. It’s unfortunate those worked great
