2.25" OD to 3" OD exhaust adapter?

Go to the local parts store in the exhaust section. You'll find reducers there for a couple bucks
 
But in a similar size? Extensive searching has not turned up anything of the sort. 2.5" od to 3" id is the closest I have been able to find.
 
also you can look at jegs or summitracing for header collectors as they make adapters that go between sizes also. I used to use those to make the conical adapters for downpipes.
 
How soon do you need it?

If I bump into one at a parts store -- I might stop by one this weekend -- I can put it in a priority mail flat rate box and send it your way. Pay for part and shipping and we should be good.
 
I got me one.

Well I was looking to put together a down pipe. I still find it hard to believe there really isn't anything of this sort on the market. I called in two favors one with a machinist and the other a welder and ended up with this fine piece:
