So when I drive the car anywhere from 5mph to 20mph and I roll over some small bumps I hear a very small rattle noise and it's bugging me!! Also when I turn the wheel back and fourth it makes a small knock. In the past month I've replaced; control arms, ball joints, upper spring mounts and strut mount bearing/ bushing...my tie rods are right and so are the end links. Could it sub frame bushings?

Thanks!!!!

Can you confirm that it's a front suspension problem? Do you have access to a lift so you can poke and shake and nudge around? How many miles are on the car? What is 2005, some kinda year?

That's what got me all my suspension Should be good I've checked it. What other than suspension could it be? No lift but I've tried my best trying to figure it out.... Could it be axle shafts?

you sure the anti sway bar end links are OK? Those are the most common parts for making noise...

As for the subframe bushings, buy the inserts in polyurethan from IPD. They are really a great improvement for your handling, and could possibly get rid of any noise coming from subframe movement as well!

A small 'rattle' is almost always the sway bar endlinks. Control arms and subframe bushings make bigger pops and clunks.

Was the noise there BEFORE you did the work?

Also funny that you're listing in forum based on models with as much sophistication as a lead weight compared to the adjustable, adaptive suspension of an S60R. Did you try posting on one of the forums where most of the users actually drive similar vehicles? That might help you more....

wires hanging off of shocks hardly counts as a massive step forward in suspension design...
