Larger than hi side. If you are making new hoses the shop will know what is needed.

The hose on my '93 r134a A/C says "16mm", but it doesn't say Volvo so it may not be original. A scrap hose from a 91 or 92 (r12) looks like it's ~1/10th inch smaller on the od, and the metal end pipes are smaller too.

I want to put one of these on the low side. Makes recharging the ac easier. To this port I will add a 134a fitting.

These fittings are available for #10 and 12 hose.
