Fancy

Looking for the correct cable/part# for a longer 240 throttle cable to use for this manifold. It’s a couple inches too short. This is a brand new cable. The manifold and throttle body are both KL Racing and the TB is the 70mm version.

You can see there's enough cable with the kjet cable, I think I got it from fcp or rockauto , I think I used 1980 242 for the model year when ordering. OP did you have to re-drill your throttle body? Mine came in with the holes in the wrong spot. Same with the TPS sensor, I bought their adapter plate which didn't match any Volvo TPS sensor I had.

I just ordered the same setup. What did you do to get it going? Trying to be prepared

A lot of fuckery that I shouldn't have had to do. I redrilled and tapped the tps sensor holes but you may not have to do that, the part that sticks in the tps has a set screw that I didn't notice before and let's you orient it in any position.

I've used those throttle bodies before, a Volvo 850 TPS fits with one screw installed. Red loctite that sucker and it's not going anywhere.

I can't get any answers out of them, they did not have a solution as far as I know or I would have ordered it. It needs to be fairly close to the body to keep the cable on the spool.
Yeah I have mine pretty janky right now . Someone had a really clean 16v one for sale with the linkage attached to a different spool device deal. Looked optimal. Can’t find the post though. Uses similar setup as stock with the adjustable arm but way slicker
