Well I have been looking for a clean, late model 240 for a daily driver for a little while now and I just picked this guy up a few days ago.

The Good:
It is a 93, odo stopped working at 153k who knows when,
A/C blows ice cold(which is a must in AZ)
Almost mint black interior(very small cracks in dash)
the body is good and the paint just has the typical scratches for this paint code.
Nice tint

The Bad:
has a leak from cam seal, valve cover, rear main and probably oil pan, blown struts, blown strut mounts, and a check engine light.
Stumbles upon start up when the engine is cold
Obviously was not maintained very well but they did attempt to keep up with it.
(new rear shocks, sway bar end links, bushings, etc)

The driver door did not open from the outside, and the glove box did not close which I bet is a big reason they sold the car, it was a teenage girls car that goes to ASU so those things are a deal breaker

-Short term plans are just to get it up to par with maintenance, I ordered all the gaskets, strut mounts, and plan on changin when the weather chills the fack out.

-Long term goals would be a simple +T and a fresh coat of paint.

Anyways, PICS!

As I got it

engine bay after +t and 3"amm 750cc rc injectors. This was right after the +t, no frills just parts that I had laying around and some man hours. The plan now is to work on making it look like sex

You forgot the belly pan and air guide.

That IROC rear spoiler might not fit due to the newer style trunk being humped in the middle.
Car looks good on so far.

I love 130
Yeah I love the color, too bad about the scratches that it is prone to getting. Oh well

err??? I do not get it.

Yeah that wouldn't be hard to address but would make it more difficult for sure. And thanks.

Thanks, yeah I wasn't planning on lowering it at first but got bored and figured it might look decent. And the interior is sooo good I cannot believe it. Map pockets are mint, no wear anywhere besides very small cracks on dash. Which in AZ is impossible to avoid.

Couple small updates

Efan setup from 960, saab temp sender with a mk1 sensor.

As for everything leaking oil..... redo the breather box and the rest of the parts as excessive crank case pressure will make them all leak.

Yeah I planned on eliminating the flametrap and just routing a hose from the box to the intake.

That is what I did on the white 244 and it worked out really well.
