Upon purchase [quite] a few years ago, I was told these originated from someone at iPD...

Anyone have any information on these wheels?

The hubs are 140-1800-164 steel wheels 71-74
Let me guess part # 684001? ;-)

You need to learn what real paint is :-P
 
I should clarify I am trying to find out who had these made/widened, not the wheel application....my mistake but thanks for the info anyway :)

They are/were my beater wheels [see snow tires]...so good paint is over rated for their previous aplication

The OVT guys say there used to be a place there that widened wheels,but no more.
Now it's Stockton Wheel on the west coast.

Willamette wheel used to be the local place, but yeah, it's no more. Now there's Stokton, I haven't heard of anywhere else in the US that still does it. At least not regularly.
