Anyone know of a 215mm disc w/20 spline m90 hub

Need to match up to my oh so old 8.5? v-power 9lb flywheel and pending M90 swapp

Some of those flat volvo redblock flywheels will bolt a saab 228mm or 9 inch pressure plate and then you can use the volvo diesel 228mm disc for m90..

It’s a custom flywheel from early 2000s, not totally flat if I recall, it has a removable friction surface that is recessed a lil. I should go ahead and yank the m47 and put my eyes on the flywheel to be sure, it’s been over a decade since I have seen it.

The Saab Viggen 228mm pressure plate has the same bolt pattern as the 215mm stock pressure plate, but YMMV on whether the dowel pins match or not. I had to have a machine shop change the dowel pin location for the Viggen clutch, but others have had flywheels where the dowels were in the correct location.

So if all else fails, you could move to a 228mm clutch for your M90 swap.

It would be preferable to use the larger 228mm setup. You'll have a lighter pedal with higher clamping force.
