O2, MAF (AMM), and ECU's temp sensor must be fit. With LH 2.1, I used a high impedance automotive voltmeter to observe O2 sensor, which this meter can show average, now, and peak voltages.
ECU/ECMs I'm aware of have open and closed loop operations. On older vehicles, while in open loop, there may have been a rich mixture, but in closed loop the stoic mixture.
If a high impedance voltmeter is used to "see" O2 sensor voltage, I don't know what voltage would be observed, when in closed loop.

It is STRONGLY advised that you replace your Oxygen Sensor before attempting AMM tuning
