Are there any 4x6 LED bulbs that look normal besides the Morimoto's?

I have those, they're a real nice. A set of h4 housings and high wattage bulbs will get you some juicy lumens for less, but I'd definitely think about the wiring and alternator in a 240, depending on the headlight setup you go for.
 
Philips also makes a set of less expensive 4x6 LEDs which seem to be A. designed to not horribly blind people and B. while not perfectly old looking, subtle enough to not look crazily out of place.

Still over $100 each though.

They only come in cool white though and that's a shame.


I really want to use these under the bumper in place of the old Bosch fogs. Hoping that my plastic Volvo covers will still fit. These would give me a high and low beam as well which might be kinda useful.
 
The Hella housings allow you to put whatever H4 bulb you want in the back, I have them in both my cars. Also running their 100/55 halogen bulbs, high beam is killer on this and the housings give off ECE patterns so when setup right low beams should be sloped down so it doesn't hit oncoming traffic.

Aim might be a little funky that low down but as long as the original location took a 4x6 the original cover should still fit.

There are various Chinesium H4 conversion housings (which you could then fit proper halogens or Chinesium LEDs into, as you choose) on Amazon, but the quality of the beam, construction, etc are all quite unknown. Presumably you can get the same things on Aliexpress for even cheaper but then you have to wait for Chinese shipping.

I experienced those cheap housings before with a motorcycle. They don’t work very well.

My commute has a lot of thick fog fairly often. I want a killer set of yellow fog lamps that still look stock-ish on my car. The Hella Model 550 housing are looking good right now. They use a proper H4 bulb which can be yellow and 100 watts.
 
You can buy Bosch Pilots which have the appropriate light pattern for foglights, 4x6 glass lens with H3 Halogen 150watt. Foglights are different than driving lights. Driving lights in fog is how you blind yourself
