ATP Adapter flange?

not quite sure wat your trying to say but that flange is for use of NON-volvo t3 applications

Dude for 50 bucks you could get a belt sander and do it yourself. I think to have it machined flat might be cheaper than that too actually. Keep in mind that when upgrading to bigger turbos you need more room and this will not help with that.

Be sure that you Belt Sander is a quality tool... my BeltSander (bought it extra for sanding my 90+) has a negative pillowformed baseplate which made my first try a positive pillowform on my flange And this pillow is not going away.. what an a/()/&%(

you understood that right BTW.. you can put that flange on your exhaustheader to bolt up any NON-Volvo Turbo
