b230ft swapped in 1984 242 running rich

hey all, 2 years ago i swapped the b230ft LH 2.4 into my 242. runs great! been running 10psi max.Has the IPD cam. i have a fuel/ratio gauge and i know it runs rich on WOT. Im using the white s70 injectors. how can i lean it out a little bit? advance/retard the timing from the distributor ?
