I haven’t used that type, but QA1 has their Endura line which uses a nylon and Teflon race material. In my experience these are a lot quieter and last longer than Teflon lined bearings.Has anyone used vibration dampening rod ends? I've only seen regular rod ends used.
X Series Rod Ends | QA1
These alloy stee/chromoly steel rod ends are part of QA1's Endura Series, which are self-sealing and self-lubricating. Good for high-load suspension applications, like control arms and panhard bars.

My concern with the rubber ones you posted is the ultimate load. The Johnny Joint style rod ends that are for suspension links are massive so the rubber won’t fail.
