Boge VS. Bilstein Febi TABs for volvo 240s

I?m gonna be doing an axle swap on my 91 245 soon and I?m likely gonna replace the TAB on the new axle before it goes in. I?m wondering which rubber TAB is better/longer lasting.. Bilstein Febi or Boge? I?m not ready to go to those spherical bearings or polys just yet. Also, I?m wondering if I can salvage the 3-4 year old OEM volvo TABs in my current axle without damage (I?m gonna be using one of those press tools that are offered by members of TB)

Thank you
Matt

If the OEMs that are in there were installed new 3 years ago I'd probably use those honestly. They should come out without damage.

Cant speak for the TAB specifically but I?ve had zero problems with Febi Bilstein products. The ball joints have been handling my piss poor roads well

OEM or Spherical
Not a job you want to do again anytime soon.

OEM only pops up as nos. Lemforder or boge is OEM if you can find them. I bought a variety of bushings from a guy on Ebay, mainly because he had nos Volvo tabs. Lately, we use Meyle. Cheap and usually available. No ones complained, better than destroyed bushings.

Febi is middle of the road quality. Similar to Meyle. Not the worst but won't last forever.

That?ll probably be the more likely scenario. Fortunately I?ve got a spare axle that has blown out ones that I can practice on first
