brake and clutch alternatives

Hi all
Living in the UK my '93 240 is right hand drive.
This is great for the inlet side of things but not so for the exhaust which heats up the brake/clutch mastercylinders.
I have a twin scroll reverse flow turbo from an Evo 9 (TD05HR 16G). It is big and has a lot of cast iron which heat soaks. That side of the engine gets very very hot, to the extent that on a few occasions the brake and clutch no longer function.
I already use heat wrap and panels and have cut a hole in the bulkhead panel on that side of the car. The brake lines have been also been rerouted but the problem still remains.
I was thinking of using the flatter but wider 240 brake booster or any other if anyone can suggest one that is available here.
I'm mostly looking for alternatives to the present clutch setup. I want to keep it hydraulic but not sticking out in it's present position.
Are there any easy alternatives? I was thinking of reverse mounting the clutch m/c inside the car with a pivoted lever to operate and a remote reservoir.
This may or may not work - anyone any better ideas? - preferably without having to remove the dash etc!

Are you not able to shroud the MCs away from the turbo/exhaust? Without having seen a RHD in person, I would look for efficient baffling. If you were going to start swapping components, I would look at remote options.

The 740 16v used a internal master cylinder for the clutch as there was not the clearance to the head. That would help on the clutch side of things going internal but still leaves the brakes issue

Having a hard time finding any info on the 740 16v clutch setup.
Did it use the same looking master cylinder but just mounted internally? or a completely different setup?
Coincedentally, a 16v 740 has just gone up for sale on the VOC forum, the one ebay picture of the engine bay just shows the line from the brake m/c reservoir disappearing into the bulkhead!
