Lh 2.2 distributor could be the ticket? If CAS means Cam Angle Sensor. I'm dreaming for B30 CAS and having this https://www.cbperformance.com/product-p/7073.htm

Are you thinking of the dsm cas? I like the simplicity of that cb cas that ottob posted, but you still need a 36-1 or 60-2 crank wheel. The dsm cas is a pretty neat package but seems like low res unless you grab the high res disc from yoshifab

Someone did it a few years ago, can't remember who or what CAS exactly they used but I think it was the Mitsubishi one.
