Cold/hot start MS3 issues

Hi all.
Few years after fighting with LH stuff I'm completely goes to Megasquirt.
All works fine, now I'm live with 630cc injectors, Kjet intake and stock turbo, drives like a charm.
I'm install MS first before new engine setup, because I'd want to tune it for completely ideal start for new (new pistons, rods, all that stuff) engine and new big turbo.
And I have a little problem.
Cold start sometime works weird - need 3 or 4 crankshaft rotates. Sometime all good.
Hot start, especially on a little less hot engine - looks weird too.
Overall it's not a big issue, but better idea for me will be really ideal start from 1/4 crank move.
Some advices?

I've not worked with a MS3, so I'm not familiar with all of the idle control settings. As an experiment, you might try reducing the cranking advance from 16deg to say 5deg and see if it makes any difference. Otherwise, a log and what in the log "works weird" would help.

Since it's a 60-2 flywheel, it can take a full rev, and maybe a bit more, for MS to identify the missing tooth section.

I'm not sure WBO can give correct measures on cranking, that's why first post without logs.
Priming pulse in my msq 0.1ms all way up - because if I do it more I have too rich blend.
That's why I'm here - I don't know which setting is really bad in my config.
