850 control module

Ok all smart people.. I need to know what the part is called under the hood of a 95 850 turbo that has 3 vac lines.. one going to the compressor bypass.. one going to the waste gate and one to the intake I believe.. what's this damn thing called? And how can I tell if its gone bad?

Turbo Control Valve/Boost pressure control valve to some.

One of those does not go to the compressor bypass valve.

One goes to the intake. One to the wastegate. One to the intake hose.

Reason I ask this.. is at times I hear a hissing and others over 10psi of boost .. its eratic.. I'm afraid to go w.o.t. in clear of a blown engine
