Here in finland it is known as Bross body kit. If u google it, you can find few pics of it so I don't know real name for it. I think that it is made by Volvo or, some tuning company from 90's or 80's has done those? Mine is a copy which is made in Finland
I have been looking for those as long as I have had this car. One day I made a wanted- post in vrcf.fi/foorumi - internet site. 15 minutes and first came up. 
I will buy rest of that body kit soon.
Now all what I need is POWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!
