Hello all,
I just had to replace the bushings for the driver door latch and in the process of getting to the door latch, I removed the bolts for the window regulator panel, not realizing that the whole window regulator was connected to it. I undid the bolts so I could move the panel down to get better access to the latch. In doing this, somehow the track for the window got knocked loose and I'm not sure if it's something that's supposed to be attached inside the door or if I can just pop it back in place. The piece that came off looks like it has a bracket that might've snapped off from the car. Now the window rolls up at a weird angle and I have to wiggle it to get it to roll up all the way. The window will also not roll down all the way
Any advice on if there is a way to put this back in place or if I messed something up permanently. I tried posting a picture but it doesn't seem to be working. If you're looking at the driver door from the inside, the track piece was on the left side of the door, right behind the door latch
