Exhaust mani stud replacement - total parts needed?

So I'm removing the exhaust manifold on my '87 760Ti, and I was wondering if anyone could compile me a complete list of parts I will need. I know I will need new gaskets, studs, locknuts, and the fat washers, but I'm not sure what I'll need for, say, the Turbo connections.

Ideally, could you provide FCP Groton links? I'm planning on ordering from there.

K well first, why are you removing it?

Maybe I'm not the one that should answer this, as I run suitable junkyard gaskets. You can look and visibly see if a gasket will leak-- it's not rocket science. You won't need new studs, you won't need new washers, you won't need new locknuts. Recover everything you removed and put it back on. If it leaks, you failed. BUT-- you don't need to replace all that. New gaskets are not a *bad* idea but I'm cheap so I get em for free and my **** don't leak.

Well, when I bought the car, two of the studs were snapped off in the head. I'm trying to go for a good Stage 0, so I figure I might as well go all new.

Yeah, my first volvo had two nasty ripped off studs-- caused from poor quality work done to the car. You truly can avoid breaking studs. Enough PB blaster or any penetrant, some patience-

If it means that much to you, go with new gaskets but I wouldn't replace everything. Waste of money and time.

LOL, you want a link? Why don't you just go to FCP's site?

Oh, you mean for the turbo? Get a new o-ring thing for the oil return to the block. Volvo used a basic rubber gasket thing that will go bad. Everything else is threaded/bolted and is a non-issue. Well unless you want a new gasket for the turbine housing to manifold...

Order from Tascaparts.com. They are a Volvo Dealership and have the best prices. Always go OEM on gaskets and seals.

Yeah you've got a 7 series, there's enough room in there to work without the turbo and manifold. It happens all the time, eventually you get pretty good at it. :D

Got the downpipe nuts off today. Now just the mounting bracket. :|

Is there any way to do this with the car on the ground? I can't move it/don't have jack-stands or ramps
