Finding someone that will weld cast iron is difficult.

If the cracks are beyond acceptable I’d rather just buy an uncracked piece.
 
Run it or fix it. Drill the ends of the crack, heat the spot you want to weld to cherry red with an oxygen/ fuel torch, acetylene or propane, and use a decent welder. You should probably use cast iron rods and stick weld it but I used a Miller 225 mig I think and turned it up pretty hot. It's still holding after many years.
 
I’ve got a stick unit and a cutting torch.

Brazing it might be easier.
