I heard that the

Oil Pressure Sender B21/B23 = 1/8 NPT

Is that correct?

Also, what is the allen/torx side of the bolts holding the throttle plate in the throttle body of the 6 cylinder in the 960?

Heater hose outlet from the cylinder head is 3/8 NPT thread for the 5/8 heater hose.
Unused hole directly below #4 cylinder intake port is tapped for M14x1.5 plug on B230 motors

The B230F EGR pipe piping is 12mm OD. It uses DIN 2353 compression fittings with M18x1.5 compression nuts. The EGR valve inlet and outlet is M18x1.5. The threaded port on the B230F manifold is M16x1.5 (I see some reports this is M18x1.5, maybe on turbo/90+?) The hexes on all the union/compression fittings are 22mm and the mount bracket nut is 24mm.
