EZK Questions: Need a chip-able one

Do any of you have one you might be willing to part with?

I pulled my stuff apart today and found I have a 148 EZK, no daughterboard.

1993 B230FT LH 2.4

It will be difficult at best for me to track one down here, I can't find too many bricks in any of the yards around the area right now. The JY atmosphere is also a bit different over here, I can't just start ripping stuff out of every car in the row and weigh each EZK, they will think I'm nuts...

Please advise, thanks in advance.

P.S. Posted in Wanteds too... :)

Edited: I found this on Yahoo auction here, from a '95 B230FT equipped car:

I have read in the chipping info here that there would be a 90+% probability of this working. Any caveats regarding market, etc. that I should take into consideration that might add to or subtract from that percentage?

It's only about $35, but if I have to try a few before I get the right one it's gonna add up quick...

Thanks again.

All the 207 and 219 EZK?s in the world (except for the very few of them that exists in the US as replacement EZK?s) are going to be chippable. They just need to be from early 1995 - late 1996.

Buy it.
