anyone?

the volvo sees more dollars than miles. i have bought nice new balanced inj before, and would like this to be the last time, so i was thinking 100lbers, the 42's max out at 10psi

im not sure where it is going to idle, pretty high im sure

Get Gen III's if you want to buy 100's and want them to be the last set of injectors you ever buy.
A 100lb Gen III has the same droplet size as a 60lb siemens. That is impressive.

I have 50lb gen III's currently and will go to 75 or 100 when I need them.

Hit up T1-Race or Xenocron for the 100's.

Thank you fellas, nice to chat again
Thought I would have a noon tellin me "no one is hitting 100%DC @10psi"

New ink will let us crank the boost too teh sky methinks

I have old pintle type bosch 1300cc injectors and works ok. Little rough at idle as they are slow and bad at atomizing. Altho even Deka types work really well those new Bosch ones are great, good atomizing and really, really fast action.

42's? that is the same as the cfi's if not a little less right?
throw em up for sale here, it is more then alot of people need.
My cfi's allowed me to do 16psi with my holset hx35/40 on my 8 valve. Most have much smaller turbo's, so 20+ psi on a smaller mitsu? Someoner here can use them.

has anyone had problems on LH 2.4 with bigger injectors? I installed 46 lb CFIs on my SE and the idle was weird (felt like a misfire), and it would bog down under heavy throttle, but would be alright on normal cruise/acceleration.

At the moment I run 65LB siemens, + 025 AMM (almost the same like 012), and some resistor mods which alter the fuel by 22%.
Almost perfect. ILDE a little lumpy, but AFR's are good all the way, this is on LH2.4 in learning mode yet.
But sometimes the idle going to bad(when slowing to a stop lamp), dropping to 500RPM 18-20AFR..then slowly back to 900 14.7 AFR. Otherwise under boost it' running very well. Sometimes get ping at early state of heavy boost, but at upper RPM never.

i have 75lb injectors on LH 2.4 and it runs just fine

Read much?

Get a set of chips and see how it changes, also try using some nice injectors and not unknown junkyard injectors

when trying to add larger in injectors with lh just give up.
Maybe thelostartof has a pretty good way of doing it, but still tons of time wasted on someting so easily achievable with aftermarket ems.

haha you really think LH can not handle larger injectors? I just threw a set of 65lb injectors in the green car that is out in the driveway with the newest set of my chips and it runs just fine with them

^I run RON 98 ~ 92 in US
98 here is like 94+ in the US actually.

no timing advance, just what the bigger AMM pulls dynamically
And the bigger AMM gives you a little bit of ignition advance actually.

And LH2.4 doesn't mind really big injectors. 72lb injectors worked with a little persuation, and 60-65lb injectors work fine.

My 160# bosch injectors seem to idle ok with a little work. Never going to happen on LH though haha.

I'm running 75lb RCI injectors with a home made 3 inch amm and e85. Idles fine. Also 940volovtuner got my old 46lb CFI injectors and they worked fine in my car always, so not sure why he's having problems, but I ran them with gas and my 3inch amm and the chips of course. I ran 12.6 last year with those CFI's... You can go 200lb, but doubtful you'll beat me and my LH at the track. Fab that up. Ha ha.

I'm running SVT Green tops 42#? I've been running 18-22psi and I dont really have problems leaning out under boost.. but I am at about 76-82% duty cycle at that boost.. So I'm right at the limit. When I purchaced them I was looking for 250whp with good atomization.. So far I've had no complaints but I also have a fuel computer capable of taking full advantage of these injectors.. I'll definitely need something bigger when my built block goes in.. maybe 83# or 96#..
