850 in a bind. need reliable help!!!

I have a 95 850 turbo. Dealer diagnosed a plugged breather system on the engine. How in gods name do I fix this without spending 800 dollars I don't have?

well what did you expect... you asked how to do it, you got the answer
maybe next time say i have no mechanical skills or would pay someone near me do to it for $300
this is an easy fix

You need instructions?

-disconnect battery
-remove fuel rail
-remove intake
-remove breather box
-clean breather passages
-install new parts and assembly is opposite of removal.

Only mostly kidding: Get a vintage vented B20 oil filler cap. I think it fits on the 850 valve cover. Run a hose from it to a T you add into the existing PCV system. This bandaid might just work until you can get it fixed properly, and it only involves a trivial amount of work with simple tools.

You can just buy the breather box, and save 100 bucks by making your own hoses with either copper tube, or just rubber hose.

Take it up to Seattle and get it done pro for cheap.
