IPD springs loose at full droop with BNE select

Modified my stock spring seat according to the instructions, installed IPD spring and BNE seat and luxe-steer assembly. Strut assembly has a bit of play off the car, and the spring is under no load. Is this normal for this setup? Will this cause issues for the luxe steer bearing at droop?

koni yellows if it matters.
 
It shouldn't cause any problems for luxe steering bearing. Thats one of the reasons we started including the retainers with the parts.

Thanks Ben. Don't bother replying to the email I sent. I'm sure I'll be making another order soon. Everything that comes off this car needs replacing.
