Just a little update, pan is coming off AGAIN tomorrow. Oil pressure recently dropped .5b hot, no reason why. Hasn't run low, hasn't lost pressure. Borescope pic looks like the transfer tube seal again. Pulling the pan, new OEM seals, steel washer to go behind them as well. Plan to pull #1 rod cap, see how the bearing looks. Hopefully it's fine (only #1 has really failed to date), if so, it'll get buttoned back up and on the road again. Plan to drop down to 10w40 instead of 15w50, see if it helps build pressure faster on cold start, also see how the pressure does. Seems to run happier (from memory) with the thinner oil, plus better mileage.
