1993 240 abs auto gearing switch

Is it possible to put a 3.54 set of gears in an ABS rear end 240? I'm about to put in my cd009 and I want to switch the gears. The car will be a gt28rs turbo car at max performance. I want to rebuild it with a truetrac but I want to make sure its possible before I start hunting parts.

The ABS will still work with the new gears?

ABS doesn't see or care about the gearing. The ABS sensor ring is on the differential carrier - it rotates with the rear wheels. How fast everything else is turning upstream doesn't matter.

Of course, that assumes that your new gearing install retains that sensor ring, of course.
