M46 Removal Issues

I like to use a patented cockroach method, where I get on my back and support the bell housing with my knees and the output shaft with my arms to unweight the entire trans to be able to slide it down. After pulling the exhaust and loosening the engine mounts enough so the back of the head rests against a piece of wood on the firewall
