Machining a Ferrari Hub Adapter

So I still have my 745.

On the last set of wheels I had a local shop who I trust machine the Ferrari wheel hub opening to fit a Volvo

As we know, the hub is different between the Ferrari and the brick - Ferrari has a large flange that will not allow the Volvo hub to completely seat inside the hub area.

On this set of RS I picked up, they are again off a Ferrari. I don't want to have them machined again unless I really want to - I'd like to be able to sell them later since there are a lot of old Ferraris out there that could use them. I don't plan to keep this car forever anymore, but its only been almost 18 years. ;)

Thoughts?

Or am I just being too picky and I should just say screw it and have them done again like the last set?

Run some longer studs and some thinner spacers.

problem solved.

Yep, I've contemplated that but my other wheels would look funky, if I ever had to put them on.

I'd just have to size them to be proper to allow clearance under the BBS cap.

But we all know factual unction > much else.

Get some adapters and poke the hell@flush.

Bruh.

vwvortex.com bought TB? ;-)
