MSW wheel fitment issue

I picked up a set of MSW Type 1911 C mesh style wheels for my 91 wagon. Gold centers for the win, yo. Anyway they don't fit! The hub centerbore measures at 64.59mm and the Volvo centerbore is 65.1. What are my options? Machine shop for half a mm? Carbide burr and grind some away? They are in great condition don't really want to mongo the fitment. Of course I put tires on them thinking they would fit without issue. I will try to post pictures a bit later.

I only need to remove about a half a mm. I need to have it be a snug fit.

Any wheel repair shop should be able to open the center bore no problem. I wouldn't feel comfortable keeping it concentric with a grinder. I did the same thing to a set of spacers a while ago on a mill.
