Wheel shop put 2 small gouges in the lip on one of my BBS RS wheels.

Do I....stay with machined or go full polish on the lips?

Polished looks good as long as you have a distinct break from polished to machine finish (a nice rough finish on the spokes, etc) or black centers.

I have wheels with silver powdercoated or painted centers and polished lips, it just clashes somehow.

I would leave them the machine finish, less maintenence.

Are you planning on going with a different color for the inside like black or gold? If so, polished. If not, leave it machined for the same reasons that Dayton said.
