Factory washer tanks fit fine ;)

Getting closer! Gonna ceramic coat some pipes and probably respray the bay in the factory color code before it’s all done…
Looks tidy! I'll never get tired of seeing an LS intake between two orange shock towers.
I like the intake popping out through the fender. If you keep it high and pointed forward how it looks, it should stay away from the tire. But without a liner, are you concerned about water ingress?
is the Exhaust headed down under the car? That's a big pipe!

It never rains here haha, and all my cars are garaged, I think it will be fine. The exhaust does go back under the car and will be a full 3.5” all the way to the bumper

Damn. What happened?
I'm not entirely sure yet. I was driving and suddenly saw fire shoot out of the hood and in the passenger footwell. My current theory is either an AC line got too hot from the exhaust or there was an oil leak I didn't know about since the fire seemed to come from down low on the passenger side.

What refrigerant?

'Tis a good reminder to keep a fire extinguisher within reach. A conflagration under the hood is scary enough. In the passenger footwell would be nightmare material.

Glad you're ok!

Envirosafe. I tore down the engine bay and it was definitely caused by the rubber AC return line slipping out from behind the heatshield, getting burnt by the downpipe and then the line blew and the envirosafe caught fire
