Under my members tab. If I look at the visitors. It shows 17 Robot visitors as well as several board members. Is that something I can delete or is that something you guys manage? Thank you.

Only 17? When I clicked on it just now, there was 8 pages, a total of 101 Robot entries.
Of course, most of those were duplicates, looking at different posts.

So that's what he does here
Yes, yes it is.

For the record, Tbricks had a grand total of 87 spam posts in 2022.

I'm waiting to see what the anti-spam program does for me now that things seemingly are much more automatic than what they were before. Even though a potential spam profile is visible in the member section I don't believe they'll be able to post as long as they have been flagged here on the back end. I'm guessing we'll find out sooner rather than later how its all working. On the other forum mods handled everything manually.

they're just search engines and data collectors... nothing to be concerned with.

It's just the matrix, doing matrix stuff.

We have robot visitors but these are the bad kinds.

Is there still a security question when signing up? Is there a limit that can be imposed on posts/new threads when first signings up? Obviously a thread or two is acceptable to introduce oneself and ask some questions about their broken car, but 12 threads in the events section seems like it could be avoided...
